The shoes are in nearly new/gently worn condition, the small marks are the only signs of wear (most likely shelf wear). I have included closeup pictures. Overall excellent condition - the scuffs are not really noticeable unless being inspected close up. I'm sure they could easily be buffed out with black leather polish.
